All returns and exchanges are facilitated by our Customer Service specialists (via email at order@idbrand.es) who are happy to help coordinate returning or exchanging from any country.
Most US, UK and EU customers will qualify for free returns and exchanges, though some exclusions may apply depending on country of return.
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the product. Products may be returned if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Gift cards may not be returned.
