Where do you ship? Is there a cost?

We ship products globally via DHL Express. All shipments of two or more products qualify for complimentary shipping, where available. Shipments to most customers within the EU, US and UK will receive complimentary carbon-offset delivery from DHL Express; some fees may apply to locations outside Express delivery zones. Shipments of single product (order quantity total one (1) product) will incur a shipping fee that varies by delivery country; specific fee will be calculated during check-out process based upon shipping address.

How do I create an account?

You may create an account here. You can create an account and change your password by following the links on the log-in page. Please contact Customer Service via e-mail at with any issues and questions.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

All order confirmation emails include a link to track order status. Upon clicking the personalized link, you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and order number to view order information. You will also receive e-mail and text notifications directly from DHL Express with tracking number and updates. You may provide delivery instructions directly to DHL Express via the links sent from them.

Can I modify an order?

Please direct any order changes or cancellation requests directly to our Customer Service specialists via email at . Order change/cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped; orders cannot be recalled after shipped with DHL Express.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We take care to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the ID experience. We also strive to reduce the impact of shipping and packaging for returns, so our team will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the resolution. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the product. Products may be returned if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Gift cards may not be returned. Most US, UK and EU customers will qualify for free returns and exchanges, though some exclusions may apply depending on country of return.

What payment options are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay. All secure payment processing is handled by our PCI compliant service provider. All customer sensitive information including credit card is kept safe and secure by our payment processing service.
