To minimize environmental impact as well as to ensure optimal results for years of use, we recommend caring for your ID product as follows:

- Machine wash with like colors or hand wash

- Wash cold (maximum 30°C)

- Air dry

- Do not tumble dry

- Do not iron; use steam to remove any wrinkles

Please expect that your ID product will slowly and naturally fade with age given the cellulosic fibers in the fabric. 

We chose a 'monomaterial' approach using TENCEL™ lyocell fibers because it is the most responsible choice, making for a consistent experience across our Core Collection styles. TENCEL™ lyocell is made from wood pulp derived from fast-growing eucalyptus trees that require minimal irrigation, making it water efficient and biodegradable. This next generation fiber enables us to produce fabric with superior benefits: surprising softness, incredible breathability, naturally anti-odor and moisture-wicking. 

All ID products are made from 94% TENCEL™ lyocell and 6% elastane, designed for a close fit with four-way stretch.

Our products fit true to size, so take your normal size. Please note though that the performance design of our products results in a close fit; size up if you prefer a looser fit.

For accurate measurements, please measure around the hip bone.

To compare product measurements to a product you already own,
please place garments on a flat surface and take all measurements from outside.

The model wears size medium and measures waist size 32, height 6’2” / 188cm.

We print QR codes directly onto all styles in our Core Collection so that we can eliminate product tags and labels, improving comfort while minimizing waste. We also reduce product packaging by using QR codes in lieu of printed invoices in our reusable packaging and compostable mailers. Product care information, as well as simple re-ordering, can be done directly upon scanning the QR code in any ID product. 

This product is available as a subscription in quantities of two or three, delivered monthly, every other month or every three months. You may also include this product as part of any customized subscription in which you select different styles in various colors and sizes as part of a personalized subscription.

All subscriptions include free DHL Express global shipping and receive a 10% discount in addition to savings from buying multiple products.

All ID products are made with Lenzing TENCEL™ Lyocell, sourced responsibly and naturally from eucalyptus trees in Austria while reducing water and eliminating chemicals. The fibers are woven into fabric in Portugal where our ropa interior is manufactured using best practices certified for ethical manufacturing. We eliminate all tags, labels and most packaging by using QR codes printed directly on all styles, and we offset carbon emissions for our compostable mailers.
